LOOKING FOR A GENERAL MANAGER

Our client, has a lifestyle development for the over 50s that comprises of 70 condominiums, 90 villas and a Club (for its condo owners and residents) in Thailand.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Day to day operations of the Club and all its components
  • Concierge services and client assistance
  • Overall financial performance of the Club components i.e. Quarterly membership fees, F&B, Concierge services
  • Housekeeping, Gardening and Maintenance fees
  • Marketing external memberships
  • Public relations with residents, local authorities and the local community
  • Events organisation and Public Relations
  • Creation of a harmonious community spirit within the estate
  • Staff selection and training
  • Promoting the core values of the company as part of the expansion plan

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Outstanding management skills with extensive hands-on experience
  • At least 5-10 years experience as a General Manager or Hotel Manager
  • Core skills in Communication, Leadership, Decisiveness, Problem Solving and Self confidence
  • Experience working in Thailand preferred
